Join our team as a Call Center Agent / Sales Closer in Lahore, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities Engage customers via outbound and inbound calls to identify needs and offer tailored solutions. Effectively close sales using persuasive communication and deep product knowledge. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and enhance customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to improve sales techniques and product understanding. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer insights and sales process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong objection handling skills and ability to stay composed under pressure. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the marketing department to drive sales success. This position is based in Lahore and is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: PKR 40,000 per month.
