Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job in South Hadley, MA

Capleo Global Inc is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in South Hadley, Massachusetts. This contract position offers $21 per hour and the chance to positively impact patient lives daily. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to maintain comfort and hygiene. Monitor and record patient vital signs; promptly report any changes to nurses or physicians. Maintain accurate patient documentation and health status updates. Support patient mobility by assisting with repositioning, transfers, and walking as needed. Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment. Help prepare and serve meals following dietary restrictions and preferences. Participate in team meetings and training to comply with healthcare standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved CNA program. Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Massachusetts. Previous healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills; experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team. This is a contract position based in South Hadley, MA. Candidates must be able to work on-site and are not eligible for remote work.
