Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor vital signs. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols. Maintain accurate patient records to ensure continuity of care. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required for CNAs); valid California licensure for LPNs and RNs. Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience. Strong patient care skills and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in acute care or similar clinical settings preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage emergencies effectively. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus for RNs and LPNs.
