We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Dietician to develop, implement, and evaluate patient nutritional care plans tailored to individual needs. This full-time role requires expertise in diabetes management, pediatric clinical nutrition, and outpatient care. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate patient nutritional care plans. Conduct age-appropriate nutritional assessments for patients at nutrition risk, including diabetes management and education. Adapt nutrition plans considering economic, social, cultural, and age-specific patient needs. Reassess patients regularly and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide age-appropriate education to support nutritional care plans. Assess learning needs and readiness to learn for patients and families. Contribute to the development and review of educational materials and departmental resources. Qualifications: Licensed Dietitian in Texas (TDLR). Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Clinical nutrition experience in pediatrics preferred. Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
