We are seeking a licensed and registered dietitian to develop, implement, and evaluate patient nutritional care plans tailored to diverse patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutritional care plans. Conduct age-appropriate nutritional assessments, including diabetes management and education. Adapt nutrition plans considering economic, social, cultural, and age-specific factors. Reassess patients regularly and adjust care plans accordingly. Provide patient and family education aligned with nutritional goals. Assess learning needs and readiness to learn for all patients and families. Contribute to the development and review of educational materials and department resources. Preferred Qualifications: Clinical nutrition experience in pediatrics. Experience working in outpatient settings. Requirements: Licensed Dietitian in Texas (TDLR). Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
