Dubai Eventos y Catering is seeking a passionate and creative Event Catering Chef to join our dynamic team in La Victoria, Lima, Peru, including Callao and Chorrillos. This full-time role requires a culinary leader who excels under pressure and ensures every event is memorable and delicious. You will directly impact customer satisfaction and our company’s reputation in a fast-paced environment. Work hours are 10 hours daily, with meals provided for all staff. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes meeting company standards. Create innovative and appealing menus tailored to each event’s needs. Efficiently manage kitchen time and resources to meet deadlines. Collaborate with the catering team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety compliance at all times. Train and mentor new team members, fostering teamwork and learning. Plan and organize daily work, including inventory and cost management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Gastronomy. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar catering and events role. Strong leadership skills with team motivation ability. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Advanced culinary skills with great attention to detail. Familiarity with culinary tools and catering management software (optional).
