Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently. Coordinate activities among contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals to enhance their skills and performance. Implement project management methodologies to monitor performance and identify improvement areas. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven leadership and project management experience in construction. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Industry certifications like PMP or CCM are advantageous.
