Handle customer complaints and conflicts with empathy and professionalism to ensure positive outcomes. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Build and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service processes. Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service enhancement. Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, issues, and resolutions as required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities to manage customer inquiries efficiently. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Empathy and adaptability to diverse customer needs and situations.
