Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via voice and chat, ensuring compliance with company policies. Work collaboratively with team members and management to optimize service processes and quality. Meet key performance indicators including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Pass. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Experience in voice and chat support is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools. This role offers a collaborative work environment with open communication and support.
