Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term client loyalty. Maintain in-depth knowledge of KIWI HEALTHCARE’s products and services to provide accurate and helpful information. Document interactions and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system to support continuous improvement. Assist in training and onboarding new team members to uphold our high service standards and promote team success. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively. Participate actively in team meetings to review performance metrics and develop strategies for service enhancement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
