Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes. Participate in feedback sessions to gather customer insights and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to handle challenging situations effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience is an advantage.
