Job description
Annah Raisibe is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative in Soshanguve, Gauteng, South Africa. In this role, you will help customers get clear answers, resolve service issues, and receive timely support while contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Explain products and services, troubleshoot customer issues, and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate teams.
- Process orders, forms, and requests accurately and promptly.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
- Follow up on open issues to support timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work with colleagues to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
- Share customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) software familiarity is preferred.
- One to two years of customer service experience is a plus.
Team and Work Environment
You will work with customer service representatives and supervisors in a supportive, collaborative team and report to the Customer Service Manager. The role offers opportunities for mentoring and professional development.
