Telecom Networks is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros, Santiago Province, Dominican Republic . In this full-time role, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional support and service to our valued customers while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions for reporting. Provide detailed product information and guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions. Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and improve service processes. Support the training of new employees by sharing effective customer service techniques and best practices. Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work varied hours in a dynamic environment. Our Customer Service team promotes teamwork and collaboration. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate regularly with sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
