Telecom Networks is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros, Santiago Province, Dominican Republic . In this full-time role, you will be essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and tracking. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and optimize service processes. Support training efforts by sharing best practices with new employees. Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work varied hours in a dynamic environment.
