Edxploit Technologies is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team in Sholapur, Maharashtra, India . Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, and network defense strategies. Lead hands-on workshops and practical simulations utilizing industry-standard tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and assessments, refining content to maximize impact. Keep abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to ensure training materials remain current and relevant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize training modules tailored to organizational needs. Facilitate interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness. Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and participant progress to inform organizational development strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline. Proven experience in cybersecurity training or a comparable role. Strong grasp of cybersecurity concepts including ethical hacking and network security. Familiarity with certifications such as CEH or CISSP is preferred. Proficiency with cybersecurity tools including Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and Wireshark. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
