Shital Bankar is hiring a motivated and dynamic Executive for Sales and Marketing in Real Estate to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote real estate properties. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research. Create compelling marketing materials and presentations to attract potential buyers. Manage customer relationships with effective communication and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing campaigns and sales events. Analyze sales data and market trends to guide business strategies. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory. Our company values teamwork and collaboration. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with Customer Support and Finance departments to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Coordination with the marketing team ensures alignment of promotional efforts with sales goals. Compensation: ₹30,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Remote work is not eligible for this role.
