Key Responsibilities Manage and prepare family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support hearings. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Represent clients effectively in court hearings and litigation proceedings. Negotiate settlements and advise clients on favorable outcomes throughout litigation. Maintain detailed case files ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Consult with clients to provide tailored legal advice and strategies. Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement case strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active attorney license in West Virginia. Strong litigation skills with experience in family law cases. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
