Accurately process guest information using SYNIXIS hotel management software. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations. Respond to guest inquiries and provide local attraction recommendations. Resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction. Keep the front desk area clean and organized. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience with SYNIXIS or similar hotel management software preferred. Previous front desk or hotel experience is a plus. Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
