Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic goals to boost hotel profitability. Promote a positive and professional work environment for all staff. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure health and safety compliance. Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and resolve issues. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficient with hotel management software and hospitality tools. Solid understanding of financial management and marketing strategies.
