Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the process. Work closely with installation and support teams to guarantee smooth project execution. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to monitor progress. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is advantageous. Proven sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence clients effectively. Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
