Join Apollo Global Management's dynamic team in New York City as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist . In this full-time role, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing critical data entry tasks that support our operational success. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update customer information in company systems. Manage customer accounts ensuring all data is entered and processed correctly. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve customer experience. Prepare and process administrative forms as needed. Monitor and respond to customer feedback across multiple platforms. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for service and operational improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; higher education is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
