Key Responsibilities Process and monitor international payment transactions with precision and regulatory compliance. Deliver exceptional client support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through payment procedures. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transaction histories to improve service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows and resolve technical challenges. Generate regular reports on payment processing metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support the rollout of new payment technologies and platforms, including client training. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure competitive and compliant services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in payments or financial services preferred. Strong understanding of international payment systems and regulatory requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency with financial software tools and CRM systems. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
