Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Exchange Server administration tools.
  • Utilize remote monitoring tools and ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve IT service requests efficiently.
  • Support both wired and wireless TCP/IP network environments, ensuring connectivity and performance standards are met.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user communications clearly in the service ticket system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and participate in ongoing IT projects and upgrades.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of new equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • English proficiency at 85-90% level to communicate effectively with international teams and documentation.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in IT support or related technical roles.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server administration.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and ticket-based service software.
  • Technical skills supporting desktop hardware, software, and TCP/IP networks in wired and wireless environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced IT support environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
