Key Responsibilities Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Lead and mentor laboratory staff, providing expert guidance on analytical techniques and methods. Develop, implement, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize laboratory workflows. Coordinate maintenance and procurement of laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and operational readiness. Analyze experimental data and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research and development initiatives. Monitor laboratory budgets and resource allocation, optimizing costs while maintaining high quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related scientific field is required. Proven expertise in Analytical Chemistry with a strong scientific background. Experience managing laboratory operations or leading scientific teams is essential. Proficiency with laboratory software and data analysis tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. Industry-standard certifications in laboratory management are preferred.
