As a Licensed Wellness Consultant and Massage Therapist , you will be instrumental in fostering health and relaxation within our community through expert massage therapy and wellness guidance. Key Responsibilities Perform diverse massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage tailored to individual client needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss wellness goals and preferences. Develop and implement customized wellness plans incorporating nutrition advice, exercise recommendations, and stress management strategies. Maintain detailed treatment records and track client progress to ensure effective outcomes. Collaborate closely with other wellness practitioners to provide integrated and holistic care. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and wellness practices to encourage sustained health improvements. Stay current with industry trends and pursue ongoing professional development. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Colorado state licensure as a Massage Therapist is mandatory. At least 2 years of professional massage therapy experience with proficiency in multiple techniques. Additional certifications in holistic practices (e.g., yoga instructor, nutritionist) are advantageous. Experience with wellness-focused scheduling and client management software. Strong interpersonal skills and a sincere dedication to client care and wellness.
