Conduct rigorous tests and experiments to ensure product functionality, reliability, and safety. Develop and maintain detailed mechanical design specifications, including calculations and technical reports. Identify and resolve technical challenges through simulation and prototyping. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the manufacturing process. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices into designs. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3-5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience preferred. Experience with mechanical testing methodologies and materials selection. Familiarity with industry certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma is a plus.
