Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patients' health status, documenting changes and communicating effectively with the medical team. Assist in coordinating patient discharge plans and provide education on home care and health management. Participate in patient care planning meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a supportive and comforting atmosphere. Stay current with nursing best practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Strong skills in patient care and communication. Experience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply. Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
