Nurse or IV Administrator Job in Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Tamarindo Services is hiring a dedicated Nurse or IV Administrator to join our healthcare team in beautiful Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional nursing care and intravenous therapy to enhance patient outcomes in a modern clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Administer intravenous therapies while ensuring patient comfort and monitoring progress. Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide bilingual communication (English and Spanish) to ensure clear understanding. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records documenting care and responses. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Participate in health education initiatives to support patient understanding of treatments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Current nursing license in Costa Rica or eligibility for licensure. Experience in IV administration and nursing practices preferred. Familiarity with medical software and patient care systems. Preferably 2+ years of nursing experience.
