Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement within budget constraints. Coordinate communication among staff, clients, and vendors to uphold excellent customer service. Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews; manage executive leadership calendars. Prepare and maintain accurate records, including invoices, payments, and employee documentation. Assist with recruitment by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Monitor and improve office workflows to boost efficiency and productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications in office management or related fields preferred.
