We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our logistics team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and delivery schedules.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packing and shipping.
• Accurately label packages for safe transit and correct delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve skills and work processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team and management.
• Forklift certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
