About the Role: Provide expert on-site technical support including system commissioning, installation review, and troubleshooting for A-Power’s HVAC products. Lead dealer training sessions, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to enhance installer skills and brand confidence. Support warranty evaluations by inspecting installations and documenting product or installation issues. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy and smooth product rollouts. Act as the primary field expert for A-Power’s HVAC systems, controls, and connected equipment. Gather installer feedback and communicate insights to engineering and product development teams. What We’re Looking For: 3 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation, service, or technical support experience. Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and controls. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support field partners effectively. Comfortable working independently in the field across Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Area.
