Key Responsibilities Oversee daily logistics and production activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations that meet company standards and customer expectations. Manage inventory levels proactively by coordinating supply chain processes aligned with demand forecasts to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Analyze logistics performance metrics such as delivery times, cost per shipment, and order accuracy; implement continuous improvements to boost operational efficiency by at least 10% annually. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and warehouse staff to streamline workflows and promote best practices across departments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize cost savings and ensure reliable supply chains. Prepare and manage budgets related to production and logistics, ensuring cost control and alignment with company financial goals. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe work environment and reducing workplace incidents. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, and inventory management, preferably in a managerial role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
