Milanie Noriega is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiation Oncology Physician for a locum tenens assignment across various locations throughout the USA. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver expert radiation therapy to cancer patients, significantly impacting their treatment outcomes in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized radiation treatment plans. Administer radiation therapy while monitoring patients for side effects and treatment effectiveness. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including medical oncologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records and treatment progress. Provide continuous patient education and emotional support throughout the treatment journey. Participate actively in tumor boards and case discussions to contribute expert insights. Stay current with advancements in radiation oncology and implement best clinical practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution. Board certification in Radiation Oncology. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in radiation therapy and patient care. Proficiency with patient management and treatment planning software. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience with modern radiation technologies and treatment modalities is highly preferred.
