Registered Nurse Full-Time in Waimalu, Hawaii

Kaniz Fatema Nasrin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Waimalu, Hawaii . This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on exceptional healthcare services for our community. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assess and monitor patient health, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans. Document patient progress and care activities accurately in medical records. Assist in training and mentoring nursing students and junior staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Hawaii. Strong patient care and communication skills. Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications preferred. Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience for advanced positions. Our team fosters collaboration and support among staff. You will report directly to the Nurse Manager and work closely with nurses, physicians, and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
