Registered Nurse Full-Time in Hawai‘i Kai, Hawaii

Subarna is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Hawai‘i Kai, Hawaii. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient health and progress closely.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention to promote wellness.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergencies to ensure safety and comfort.
• Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions to support professional growth and team collaboration.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Experience in clinical or hospital settings preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are preferred.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
