Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations in inpatient and outpatient settings. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans collaboratively. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and follow established protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness promotion. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care strategies. Engage in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Hawaii. Strong patient care skills and effective communication abilities. Experience in acute care settings preferred but not required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. 1-2 years of nursing experience is advantageous.
