Registered Nurse Full-Time in Waimalu, Hawaii

Subarna is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Waimalu, Hawaii. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment within a growing healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and promote wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience is advantageous.
