Registered Nurse – Med Surg Contract in Milford, DE

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Location: Milford, DE 19963 Contract Duration: 8 to 13 weeks Shift Options: Day, Night, or Flexible shifts available Guaranteed Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $1,600 to $2,000 weekly Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor and document patient vital signs, promptly reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team. Assist in coordinating patient discharges to ensure seamless continuity of care. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware. Proficient in patient care techniques with excellent communication skills. Experience using electronic health records (EHR) software preferred.
