Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Location: Milford, DE 19963 Contract Duration: 8 – 13 Weeks Shift Options: Day, Night, or Flexible Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week Compensation: $1,600 - $2,000 per week Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care through comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor patient vital signs and promptly communicate any significant changes to the healthcare team. Coordinate patient discharges to ensure seamless continuity of care. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware. Strong clinical skills in patient care and effective communication abilities. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software is preferred.
