Pearl Interactive Network is hiring Seasonal Bilingual Spanish/English Contact Center Agents in Atlanta, Georgia. Join our team to support disaster relief efforts by providing exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English. About the Role As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent , you will be the frontline voice assisting individuals registering for hurricane disaster relief. You will handle inbound calls, provide clear instructions, and offer referrals to secondary support organizations. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls to support disaster assistance registration. Conduct calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to assess needs and provide guidance. Accurately enter data into Windows-based databases following scripted interviews. Provide relevant phone numbers and agency referrals for additional support. Escalate dissatisfied callers to appropriate channels. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professionalism in English and Spanish. Work Schedule & Compensation Hours: 8 am - 8 pm EST, Monday through Sunday. Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour plus $5.09 per hour contributed to the Safe Harbor Retirement Plan, fully vested immediately.
