Job description
Join the opening team at SUCHNESS, a new restaurant in historic downtown Taos, New Mexico. We are seeking experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate hospitality professionals for three full-time leadership roles.
About the Restaurant
SUCHNESS will be an intimate, modern American casual fine dining restaurant featuring a seasonal menu and a focused wine, beer, and spirit-free cocktail program.
Open Positions
- Lead Server (Captain): Help lead dinner service and deliver attentive, polished hospitality.
- Lead Cook (Sous Chef): Support kitchen operations and work closely with the chef.
- Lead Porter (Dish/Utility): Help maintain essential dish and utility operations.
Schedule and Compensation
- Employment: Full-time
- Dinner service: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Starting pay: $18 per hour; compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Each position is integral to daily operations, working directly with the chef and general manager, who are also the owners.
Location
