Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities proactively. Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales and lead generation strategies. Manage sales pipeline and report progress regularly to management. Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
