Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to showcase products and services effectively. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to boost loyalty. Identify customer needs and tailor product solutions accordingly. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach. Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and innovative sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using designated software. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven sales experience, preferably in direct selling or promotional roles. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients effectively. Strong customer service orientation with ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus. 1-2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience preferred.
