Engage directly with clients, providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries promptly. Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns and materials. Regularly report sales activities, progress, and outcomes to management for performance tracking. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong skills in developing sales strategies and conducting negotiations. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving sales processes. As a Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client engagement and business growth. This role is based onsite in Dehradun and is not eligible for remote work.
