Accurately process sales transactions, handling both cash and card payments efficiently. Assist with inventory management, including receiving new merchandise and conducting stock counts. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and store promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and courteously. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred. Strong sales skills focused on customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player. Passion for fashion with the ability to advise customers on style choices. Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
