Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fabric types, patterns, and current trends for informed recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Restock shelves and organize merchandise to keep the store attractive and well-maintained. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance. Participate in promotional events and in-store demonstrations to attract and engage customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills and passion for helping others. Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills for cash handling. Familiarity with retail software is a plus. Our collaborative team environment encourages open communication and teamwork. You will report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with other sales associates to enhance the customer experience. Compensation: ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, on-site position in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
