As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to help them find the perfect fabrics and products, playing a key role in our store's success through excellent service and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fabric types, patterns, and current trends for informed recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Restock shelves and organize merchandise to keep the store visually appealing and well-maintained. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Participate in promotional events and in-store demonstrations to attract and engage customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills and passion for helping others. Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Familiarity with retail software is a plus. Our collaborative team encourages open communication and teamwork. You will report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with other sales associates to enhance the customer experience. Compensation: ₹15,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
