Hardik is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Austin, TX . This is a full-time opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies including LangChain, RAG, and AI Analytics/Data Engineering. You will play a key role in designing and implementing advanced AI workflows that drive our company’s leadership in AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI workflows using LangChain and RAG frameworks. Develop and optimize data pipelines for AI performance analytics and reporting. Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to improve AI model scalability and performance. Write and execute complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets for analysis. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends to guide project innovation. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and efficiency. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven hands-on experience with LangChain and RAG implementations. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL programming. Experience in AI workflows, data engineering, and analytics. Industry certifications in AI or data engineering are a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in AI engineering or related roles.
