Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and deploy advanced wireless network systems ensuring optimal coverage and performance. Manage full stack networking including OSI layers, TCP/IP protocols, routing, and switching to maintain robust connectivity. Implement and support 5G Core infrastructure and Wireless Access Gateway (WAG) deployments, including code upgrades and troubleshooting. Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Linux, Firewall, and Load Balancer teams to ensure seamless network integration and security. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, network diagrams, and process improvements using tools like Visio. Lead network enhancement initiatives by analyzing connectivity issues and defining upgrade roadmaps within the first 60 days. Oversee deployment projects beyond 90 days, refining operational processes and managing core network stability. What We're Looking For Required: Extensive experience with WiFi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax – WiFi 5/6/7) and hands-on expertise with WAG platforms such as Nokia, Juniper, Ruckus, and Nexus. Strong knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF and BGP to manage complex network topologies. Solid Linux fundamentals for network system support and troubleshooting. Proven background in carrier-grade network environments ensuring high availability and scalability. Excellent documentation and diagramming skills, proficient with Visio or equivalent tools. Preferred: CCNP Wireless certification or equivalent professional credentials. Experience working onsite in collaborative team settings within Colorado.
