Key Responsibilities Greet and warmly welcome visitors to the showroom, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services. Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain showroom displays, ensuring all products are attractively presented and stocked to enhance customer engagement. Assist in processing sales transactions accurately, contributing directly to revenue generation. Handle administrative duties including scheduling appointments and maintaining detailed inventory records. Coordinate with delivery teams to guarantee timely and precise order fulfillment, improving customer satisfaction. Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery. What We're Looking For Required: Matric / Grade 12 qualification or equivalent. Proven customer service experience, ideally within retail or showroom settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales support tools. A positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Previous exposure to coordinating logistics or delivery processes. Additional language skills to support diverse customer base.
