Potalaa Investments is hiring a full-time Showroom Assistant/Receptionist in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. In this customer-facing role, you will welcome showroom visitors, respond to inquiries, support sales, and help create a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, sharing information about products and services.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain attractive, organized showroom displays.
- Assist with processing sales transactions.
- Schedule appointments and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to support accurate, timely order fulfillment.
