Join the Great Thinking Foundation De-addiction Centre in Porur Tollgate, Tamil Nadu, as a dedicated Staff Nurse. This full-time role involves providing compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing addiction treatment, supporting their recovery journey in a professional and empathetic environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving addiction treatment, addressing both physical and emotional needs. Conduct initial patient assessments to understand medical history, treatment requirements, and recovery goals. Administer prescribed medications and treatments , monitor patient responses, and promptly report any concerns to physicians. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans for each patient. Educate and support patients and families on addiction, recovery processes, and coping mechanisms. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance nursing practices and professional growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams. Compassionate and empathetic approach in patient care. Experience in healthcare settings, preferably in addiction or mental health services. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous.
