Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve commercial goals and comply with company standards. Monitor and motivate team members to consistently meet performance indicators (KPIs). Identify sales process improvements and implement effective action plans. Qualifications Technical degree or ongoing university studies in administrative or commercial fields. Minimum 1 year experience leading teams in a contact center setting. At least 1 year experience as a sales advisor with proven skills in follow-up and closing sales. Basic English proficiency, especially reading comprehension. Must reside in the Distrito Nacional area.
