Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing from a variety of delicious sweets. Prepare and display sweet items attractively to entice customers and enhance sales. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sweet counter and surrounding areas. Provide product information , including promotions and specials, to customers. Address customer queries and resolve issues with a positive and friendly attitude. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus. Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. As part of our enthusiastic team, you will report to the Stall Manager and work closely with other staff to create a joyful customer experience.
