Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude. Basic computer skills and software proficiency. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with colleagues across departments.
