Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote a diverse portfolio of financial products and services, aiming to increase customer acquisition rates. Provide accurate and clear information to answer customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and trust in our financial solutions. Document detailed customer interactions and update records promptly in the company’s CRM system to maintain data integrity and support sales analytics. Assist in lead generation by identifying and qualifying potential clients through effective cold calling techniques, contributing to the sales pipeline. Monitor and report customer feedback to management, helping refine service delivery and tailor product offerings to market needs.
