Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Knowledge of CRM tools and call center technology is a plus. Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently with strong time management. Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken. Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment reporting directly to the Team Leader.
